Frequently asked questions

Does Automa replace my ERP?

No. Automa connects to the business system you already run and automates the manual work around it: data capture, entry, follow-up and alerts. The ERP remains the source of truth.

Which systems does it connect to?

Any business system (ERP) that can exchange data. We regularly work with SAP, JD Edwards, Tango Gestión and Contabilium. Without a direct connection we define a file-based exchange or quote a custom connector.

Does the AI decide on its own?

Not where the business cannot absorb an error. Automa proposes and an operator confirms in seconds. Every decision is audited: what the model extracted, what the person corrected and when it was posted.

How long does go-live take?

The first module goes live in weeks, not months, because the platform already exists and only the connection is tailored. At Transportes Unión the delivery-note module went live 48 hours after system access.
